Hi guys!

I have a problem that ive had for a while and i finally wanna fix it now! I have a samsung writemaster that could copy any make or model of cd but the problem is it doesnt. I used nero a couple of times on blank disks to make mp3 cds and doesnt work and now i tried using itunes and that doesnt work either. i must have waisted about 10 cds trying this out. Please can some1 help me with this problem? any further info .... just ask :0

thx guys!

When you make the mp3 CDs, you say it doesn't work. Does that mean the songs are on there but just not playing in a mp3 player or...? Are you using the correct Nero option?

1st go buy one RW disc, so if the write farked up you just erase and try again. I think the fact that you did the same thing like 10 times, you must be doin the same "wrong" thing ?!?

Using nero: for an MP3 disk (not converting to CD audio)

1 open nero burning rom (not the irritating wizzard)
2 create a new ISO cd
3 drag and drop the songs (or use the add files) into the main window (2nd one of the four)
4 dont add to many or overburn
5 click the burn icon - uncheck simulate burn to disk (try not use full write speed - helps some times)
6 try play back or explore once finished....

PS some older mp3 players don't like vbr mp3's, but I doubt that will be an issue here...
also if you multisession the disk, it can be problematic - allthough i haven't experienced that!

u see i have dont that .... exactly like u say .... ive updated the firmware on the cd drive, i can see the songs on the cd but when i put it into my cd player it playes it for like 2 secs and then it tells me there is an error. I cant be doing anything wrong because even off itunes i tried to make a cd off my playlists and it does the same thing .....

^ lol, yes they are pretty cheap these days...

...quick question, after burning the disc, how to you test it - ie in a cd player or in the drive that you used to write?

as said above also, try and reduce the writting speed

Rip CD with Windows Media Player and highlight MP3's + drag to CD?

Easier than Nero
