I want to use CEC to control my XBMC which is running on my pi.

It seems my Samsung TV does not support this. I would like some confirmation on this or point me in the right direction to get this going.

My TV is a Samsung 55" LED Smart FHD TV. Model: UA55H6203AKXXA

There does not seem to be any Anyconnect+ option anywhere, so I assume this TV does not do CEC.

Any help greatly appreciated.

TIA.

If there is nothing in it's menus then no it does not have it. You will have to get an external ir sensore with remote. The "nicest" way then is to get a universal remote that would control both from the remote. Something like the Logitech harmony series.

Thats strange... When I connect my Pi to my Samsung TV via HDMI, it comes up with the option.
I have slightly older version of your tv, not the "smart" one...
If it doesn't come up, then its possibly not supported, which would be strange.
