Cell-C 3G in Durban

I did a Manual TesT on my mobile phone today ( 09-06-2010 ) in Central Durban and it picked up

Cell-C as one of the 3G Network Operators.

Please do so for other areas and keep us posted.

I have done a Test South of DBN today and CELL C also has 3G in Amanzimtoti Central.

sorry for sounding like a noob, but how does one do a manual test on a mobile phone. Currently have nokia e52.

That's good! It would be a real shame if Cell C puts so much into 3G but yet only a hand full pick-up the network....

My point is that only recently , phone's have been coming out with W-CDMA other than 2100, so most phones in South Africa would have 2100 vs 900...
