I did a Manual TesT on my mobile phone today ( 09-06-2010 ) in Central Durban and it picked up

Cell-C as one of the 3G Network Operators.

Please do so for other areas and keep us posted.

You are right, just confirmed with my colleague.
It's mainly 900M but some areas are in 2.1G.

The road test shows it's around 3-4m, but the condition is I am the only user in the cell.
and i tried Vodacom very late at night, 3g it is about 2m-2.5m

Checked out my area this morning (Durban North) and only able to pick up Vodacom, Vodacom 3G, MTN, Cell-C, Telkom (SA02), Telkom 3G (SA02) but NO Cell-C 3G.

Used my SE C902

Sunningdale - got 3G from Cell C. Couldn't register on the network though. Sigh. It is there but the switch has not been flipped yet.

Ditto, im also in Sunningdale and my HTC desire picks up CellC 3G....
