Cell C 4g - Vodacom signal???

Is Cell C still using Vodacom signal??

I am on Cell C and looking forward to the 4g launch in JHB, but how will I benefit from this if I am always latching onto Vodacom signal?

Will Cell C cancel the Vodacom latching when they launch in JHB?

Ideally your modem will prefer the Cell C UMTS (3G) signal over the Vodacom GSM (2G) signal.

OK So the modem will pick up the stronger signal? I hope so, tired of see'ing Vodacom on my phone when im using Cell C.

*I really really dislike Voda, hence moved to Cell C only to find im still using Voda *

Check your phone settings and make sure you're not manually choosing Vodacom. Select automatic network selection.

I had poor signal as well and manually chose vodacom, but since friday, I could connect to CellC's 3G network and have perfect signal as well.
