Cell C '4Gs' in PE

Hi, I recomended this to a retired lady friend who after several visits to Cell C in PE took it back and asked for a refund as she couldnt get it to work.
Will PE users let me know what they think of the service.

Did the old lady speak or get help from a knowledgeable cellc salesperson?
Was at cellc greenacres yesterday asking guy for the 5GB sim & the white (7.2) modem R2649 i think.
He told me the 7.2 (white) modem wont work with the 5GB package as it will only connect at edge speeds.
So is he real stupid? Or does he think im stupid? Or is he just a real bad salesperson?

Cell C must have really stupid people working for them.

Two weeks ago I asked the salesman at Cell C Canal Walk if the sim will be compatible with my E960 router.

He asks me "Whats a router?"

I walked out of the shop!
