Cell C 4Gs REALLY lanched in Bloemfontein?

Is Cell C 4Gs service REALLY lanched in Bloemfontein? Apparently someone bought the bundle but only getting EDGE speeds. When they phoned Cell C, the answer was the 4Gs is still not launched in Bloem and they can return the bundle within the 7 days period if they want. But on the Cell C coverage map, it still shows Bloem with 4Gs coverage.

Bloem is working just fine. It could be that the modem didn't work, that settings were wrong.... Bloem shows very good speeds overall. No worries.

I also live in Bloem but my iPad also just shows 3G however LTE is enabled. Does anyone know if this is working on Cell yet? I had a nice surprize today, saw my iPhone 5s on Vodacom was showing 4G! So tested it and got 18mb dl / 8mb upload. A welcome surpize, however my Ipad's data contract is with Cell C and so I was wondering when LTE will be working in Bloem. Any ideas?
