Cell C and news server

Apologies if this topic has been discussed before, I have doen a search and cannot find what I am looking for.

I am thinking of using Cell C for my internet requirements, but cannot find any info on whether one can use one of the free news servers i.e. IS, SAIX or MWEB to download from. If not, what work around can one use to download from a news server.

Thanks, the R180 for 180GB will be perfect, i am not a heavy downloader, i normally just download an occasional file now and again.
