Over the past two weeks I have noticed that quite a few of my sms's do not reach a friend of mine. I am on Vodacom and can send sms's to any other Vodacom and MTN number without issue. However occasionally when I send sms's to a cell c number the message just stays in the pending state forever (the report status).
I'm not sure if I'm getting charged for this or even if it is Cell C or Vodacom at fault here. Any of you experienced similar issuers
