Does Cell C offer an API to access usage and balances of sim cards?

Assume I want hundreds of sims and way to query the balances via an API instead of logging into the Cell C website.

I doubt they have, Have you tried the local ISPs that offer 3g Data?
LIke Afrihost or Rsaweb perhaps.

RSAWEB only offer MTN + Vodacom (or did up until last year - it may have changed).

Afaik they have a mobile portal where you can check usage etc - but i'm not sure if that's extended to work via API.
