Cell C buyout

Hi

With the cellc contract buyout deal does it matter when the contract is due to be cancelled? Also on the pinnacle 2 is the pay back definitely R20k? And can the cash be used to pay the contract installments?

as far as i know it is on a sliding scale up to R20k
