Cell C CEO misses the mark

When Jorge Mendes was appointed Cell C CEO, he said their goal was to reach 15% revenue market share in South Africa to ensure the company was on solid footing. It is currently at 7.8%.

I have been a loyal (as in "it works, so why change it") customer for going on 20 years. The level of service we recently experienced when trying to port another number away from CellC was so bad that I am considering moving my number away before I actually need to.
So sorry Jorge, I will probably not contribute to your 15%.
