Cell C connection

Here's the deal.
At around 6pm today I lost all connection to cell c and my phone shows either sos calls only or it shows cell c with gprs.

I read on myBB that I must switch the connection from automatic to manual and select vodacom.

The phone in question is a BB bold 9700 with os6.

When I scanned for available networks I found the following:

Cell C - 3G H
Cell C - 2G H
Vodacom SA - 2G
Vodacom SA - 3G
655-2 - 2G X
MTN - 2G X
655-2 - 3G X
MTN - 3G X

No matter what I select it does not work and also what is the "655-2" network?

I'm not sure if it is just the area (Tableview / Blouberg) that's down as I'm the only one in the family on cell c.

Any info would be appreciated.

It's not just you, it seems like a lot of areas in Cape Town are down.

No matter what I select it does not work and also what is the "655-2" network?
