I've started (work in progress) a blog with the intention of telling various horror stories (and potentially good stories if there are any) from the perspective of consumers of cellular service providers in SA.
I've got a few great stories from customers from each of the major networks. When I launch the blog, I'd like to also focus on the Cell C contract buyout offer. It was a major talking point on the forums and obviously a bit controversial at launch time.
If anyone out there would like to share their story with me, good or bad, please PM me. I would need specific details about your experiences, such as customer service to follow through with the buyout, how much your contract buyout cost in total, whether or not after 3-6 months you are actually seeing savings and better services in what you had prior to moving to Cell C. Its sort of "market research", which to be completely transparent, I do intend to sell to Cell C.
