My name is thando and I have been having a problem with my Cell C contract billing since I got the phone. I have tried with no luck to get to the bottom of this but I'm always told that the matter is being investigated. I have even tried to ask for the recording to prove my point since I got the phone from a consultant over the phone. I feel I am being over charged by Cell C and I hate this net work right now for that matter I tell any who ask me about them that their service have been nothing but a nightmare for me. I was told that the phone "Galaxy Y" is R99 per month and I will get unlimited airtime which I will be billed as I used. In the first month my bill came it was over R500. I called and I told them I wanted to set my airtime limit to be R150 per month of which they did. The following month my bill still came back with over R500 and a month following that. My problem was that when my R150 airtime is finished, the phone was good for nothing because I could not even have email or facebook. When I approached Cell C shop about this I was told about internet usage which is not working when I don't have air time. If there is any one with an advise please let me know because I am still paying for the contract but I'm not happy with it.
