I don't get it on my Cell C panel it states my contract is due for an upgrade in 34 days.
Looking forward to a more advanced phone I called in to see if I had to wait the entire 34 days or can I order now for then.
I have been told that they will only upgrade my contract in four months...it was mentioned something about a new policy? Odd because I have not been informed nor has their newly upgraded website.
I've always been annoyed with the Cell C reception however they do seem to be taking steps into the right direction, so now I'm pondering if I'm to wait four months for an upgrade that really is the last bonus gone. Surely being more consumer focused I should have heard about this policy?
My motive/want to move to another network has grown two fold.
Maybe I should call again & check if there was some kind of misinterpretation...
Has anyone else experienced this or have any information on this new policy?
Also wondering why Cell C cannot R.I.C.A it's contract holders? After all you need to provided your I.D. document etc. to obtain a contract...
