Cell C Customer Care Unavailable

I am unable to call some numbers from my ported in Cell C number. These numbers work from Cell C issued numbers.

I called 140 and pressed 9 and I get the message, "Sorry the system can't provide this service for you now."

If this is not resolved by the end of today I guess I will be porting out tomorrow.

Yeah i tried that too today, something is wrong on the call centre.
 
Have you contacted the "Porting department" to make sure that the port processed on your number went through successful.

I've been on Cell C for at least 4 months. Everything was fine until last week Monday. Anyway, it looked like the problem got fixed on Tuesday. I tried the call centre again on Thursday and calls to the call centre were working. Looks like their cell centre had an outage on Monday.
