I have purchased this device, but the 192.168.1.1 address to the admin/settings page does not work, does any one know how i can get this done?

have you tried 10.0.0.2?

provided the router is connected to the pc you can press "windows button and R" together then type "cmd" and press enter then type "ipconfig" and press enter. if i remember correctly the default gateway should be the router address.
