Cell C Direct Warning

Just a warning: their are some dubious salespersons at Cell C direct at the moment. They call you offering a "Samsung S5" on contract for R100/month. When the phone later arrives it is the Samsung S5301 (Galaxy Pocket Plus); not the Samsung SM-G900 (Galaxy S5). It's blatant dishonesty.

I have confirmed it's definitely Cell C - I used to be a Cell C client and they still had some of my old details. Sickening that they have resorted to tricking people who don't know better. Make sure you get their full name. You can call Cell C direct on 084 145 and report them there.

It's impossible to provide it at that price...apparently it's very possible to offer it at that.

Some tech-unsavvy people don't know better and will get caught. Just spoke to Cell C - it's an external call center operating on Cell C's behalf. I told the consultant to escalate the issue to her manager, because they are bringing disrepute on Cell C's name.

It's already been reported on HelloPeter by someone else...I'm just trying to spread the word and hopefully create enough pressure that someone does something about it.
