Just want to find out how many other cell c subscribers feel that Cell C is not really interested in you. Let me elaborate.
I am on a straight up contract and I have been due for an upgrade since May this year. Cell C has been promoting these epic deals which seems quite affordable until you you see the call charges are 1.89 a minute. the problem comes when you a person like me who makes calls allot and also use data.
I understand that cell c is trying to grow their customer base but what about existing customers. The straight up packages on a good phone on upgrades are exorbitantly high and they don't seem to bother on giving existing customers better deals.
I honestly feel that Cell C has lost it's plot as I initially joined them cause they were always had good deals but now it seem they have become another Vodacom and MTN
