cell c fibre and router changes

Fibre stopped working last night - when I rebooted my router the username was changed to a guest account [email protected] and my IP range changed from 10.0.0 to 192.168.1. - Cell C say they didnt do it, but except for the static IPs on some devices, access internet works - anyone had the same?

Nothing like this but good luck fixing it . Cell C / openserve ( they keep blaming each other ) closed my account. No explanation why it happened either . Took them 8 days to get it back on line . Had to effectively reapply online as a new connection. Call Centre useless. No one really cares . Every time you call , give them the ticket number and have to explain the whole story again. Still curious to see if they will start the 24 month router amortization from scratch . Waiting for my monthly account .

I'm with Metrofibre/Cell C - what is amazing is the fact that the guest account is cruising ahead at full speed - strange indeed
