I ended up paying CellC and my new provider for 4 months while I got kicked from pillar to post trying to cancel my old CellC contract. Eventually got joy via HelloPeter posting compliants daily.
Engaged them in the old house 60 days before I intended to move. Eventually gave the new tenant in my old house the connection details so the old fibre would at least be used while I paid for both premises.

Good to know. I was considering them for my fiber needs as I have 2 sim only month to month contracts with them, and not have problems as of yet, they offer free installation, free activation and free router. I will skip them now.

Yeah, they are dodgy when it comes to cancellation. That was my experience also.
