Cell C fix call back

as long as i have known cellc, they have this annoying 'call them' in please call me smses. why thy dont fix it?

Do you mean when somebody sends you a call-me-back, it says:
074xxxxxxx would like you to call them.
?

That's the correct way of referring to the person if you don't know whether they are male or female.

To me it sounds better than the 'politically correct':
074xxxxxxx would like you to call him or her.
 
Yes, that is the correct way of writing the message. Nothing wrong there from Cell*C.

The only thing they need to fix is to use the same system used by both 8.ta and Vodacom where you know that a call back has been delivered or not immediately.
 
vodacom & mtn they use simply to understand phrases, e.g please call 'number'. who is 'them' here? whether im write or wrong, i dont like please call me by cellc, it is unclear & not simply.
