I would like to know what the Cell-C fixed-LTE data roll-over policy is please. I have a 100Gb/month fixed-LTE monthly prepaid contract with Axxess, but data left over at the end of the month, is not carried over to the next month. Axxess support tells me that Cell-C "has no data roll-over policy", which is a totally different story from many articles available on the internet. Is it not law now that mobile service providers has to have a data roll-over policy, even if it means you have to pay extra for it to happen?

Check on your profile when you login via the cellc web page. There is data roll over at the cost of your soul, a few finger nails and two tanks of petrol.

I am on fixed Cellc LTE with Vox, also no data roll over. Still want to query it. These fuggers will probably argue its not "mobile" data and that the new rules thus do not apply.

I just ordered my Cell C Fixed-LTE 100GB Service as well through Axxess this month as my ADSL service was pathetic.

I was wondering the exact same thing when I saw my pro-rata data did not roll over.

Think about how dumb they are being. Picture they allowed data to rollover (Like ADSL Services), they would make a killing on Fixed-LTE now that ADSL is at its last. This would boom especially in neighbour woods that do not have fibre.
