Hi all. So we received the modem and simcard on the 19th. And we are still getting red light on modem. Webafrica is just blaming it on the outage. We paid for pro rata and got invoiced for next month but we cannot use the internet? Have had numerous calls with webafrica but getting no luck. Any assistance will be appreciated. See attached picture
