Cell C gets CompCom approval to buy GloCell assets

The Competition Commission has recommended to the Competition Tribunal that Cell C’s acquisition of GloCell’s postpaid subscriber base be approved without conditions.

Cell C told MyBroadband it is in discussions with GloCell for the acquisition of its postpaid subscribers.

I thought Glocell was owned by Glomail. BTW is Glomail still around?

Would probably be the best thing for Cell C and their reputation.

After Glocell acquired the contract customer base of Autopage, there was always bitching and moaning.
For one I don't think Glocell had the support in place to support the customer base.
