Does anybody have a reliable way to get hold of any responsible person at Cell C/Glocell?

I have been battling for three months to get a contract ended but customer support at at Cell C/Glocell is non-existant.

Mails are ignored and telephone calls take at least 2 hours every time you try. Then promises are made which are not kept.

I am trying to get hold of someone in management but this has proved to be almost impossible.
 
Hmmm... first reply got lost...
Anyway, if you are in Gauteng -they have a walk-in centre in Midrand. They kinda solved my non-connectivity problem, but also put me on a wrong contract and now they are billing me for data I know I did not use (R4000's worth nogal!)
Will be going back soon too I guess. Their call-centre doesn't work
