Cell C launches R499 handset

Didn't know the CEO was on mybb, Thou my question: is this device a zte one? I know its Cell C branded

Huawei handset,customized and rebranded for Cell C. I have never seen a 3G enabled handset with all those included bundles at R500 before... I was asking OC about this a week or so back and we both thought that it was unlikely that one would be able to get a new 3G-enabled handset for less than R500.

Just followed the link to the cell c site and it mentions nothing about 3G, only edge and gprs. Did I miss something? Can this phone be tethered with my laptop?
