Cell C network not seeing hetzner hosted sites ?

I just got my speed stick last week and am super impressed with the speed although it has been a bit erratic today. That said, I can't see my websites which are hosted with hetzner ?!?!? Hetzner support are saying that Cell C are aware of this. Has anyone else had this problem, is it something that might be solved by using another DNS server etc. etc.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I can't get there on Cell-C either, works fine on iBurst.

Doesn't look like a DNS problem, on both connections that hostname resolves to 41.203.18.240.

Trouble accessing some websites - CellC 2GB p/m speedstick

Since yesterday there are several sites I can't seem to open for no particular reason, examples:

Same here - some sites I can access with no problem, others not at all, noticed it from early this morning. Pinging them results in timeout. Using CellC speedstick, based in Pretoria. Anyone else having trouble?

Looks like problem is isolated to certain local sites.

I noticed a couple of us are in Cape Town, I also noticed recently that Cell-C are now peering at CINX:

It could be routing issues.

Haven't been able to access www.cellc.co.za (!) and mybroadband.co.za, amongst others, the whole day. Must be some routing problem.

CellC, instead of responding to posts about your promotions, etc why not respond to your customer queries????

As yet, they have not even acknowledged this thread or the problems listed therein. Incredible!

Same for me.

I used an international proxy - and it worked. Using Opera Mini on cell also will work as you'll access myBB via proxy.

I am having the same issue unable to visit sites such as bidorbuy.co.za and afrihost.co.za - I am able to ping the domains fine without any errors also tried Chrome,firefox and IE9
