Cell C - Not receiving SMS's

Hi,

I haven't received multiple SMS's that people have sent me. I can confirm on their phones that they have indeed sent them.

Can Cell C shed some light as to why? Started on the 19th or 20th and still persisting...

Check that your number does not have SMS's blocked- yeah, it happens.

Also check that you are registered on the network.

I have also been having a similar problem whereby the signal bars are full with H+ but, when i try to make a call it says not registered on network.
Try to dial my phone - goes straight to voicemail and sms don't get delivered

Have to restart phone to resolve

Galaxy S4 - Cell C

Edit: called Cellc regarding this and they gave me a number to dial and then restart my phone - will see if that resolves it

#330*1234# Call/Okay

Looks like it disables all call barring
Which i thought was the default setting
