So I took out a Cell C pinnacle 1 contract in March, it activated in June 2016. They advertised out of bundle data charges as 15c/mb, but they have been billing me at 99c/mb for the last four months. Trying to explain this to their call centre agents has been like running into a brick wall, been struggling for three weeks!
If you have the Pinnacle Contract, check what they are charging you. Just a heads up. I've checked the franchise booklets for March - June, and all advertising was OOB rate of 15c/mb as per below with no tarriff changes for two years. The call centre agents are playing dumb regarding this change, which I find highly shocking.
