Hi All,

Maybe someone found a way already by checking data usage without logging on to my tools account or removing the sim card and use it another phone to check your data balance.

spoke to the shops and the customer centres and no one can assist me.

If it runs Windows you can try running MDMA and sending the *101# USSD code.
What 3G modem does it have inside?

its a HUAWEI MOBILE.
i tried the MDMA but it's not detecting the device.

thanks for the responce,

The beta does'nt work :(it still don't detect it.
no sure of this( network interfaces, modems and ports sections of Windows device manager. ) can find any information on it.
the modem is build in.

i do know how to get to the device manager i just dont know what you need from it, there is no setting on the device. will post a screen dump. DM.JPG DM.JPG

Thanks, that is helpful. From that we can see a 'HUAWEI MOBILE' device under Network Adapters, but there are no Ports or Modems sections. MDMA needs a 'HUAWEI Mobile Connect - PC UI Interface' in the Ports section in order to communicate with the modem.

Can you confirm whether your device is a Huawei EM820W?

From what I have read, there was an all-in-one update from Samsung, which among other things, included a new firmware for the modem which disables the control ports and prevents it from working with any OS prior to Windows 8 and Linux kernel 3.85.
