Ok, So I qualified for an upgrade back in Feb! Great!, needed a new phone, wanted an android! perfect. Call 084 145 for the upgrade. Lots of running around between them saying I don't qualify to I qualify. So I start the upgrade process. I wanted the P500.They advised me that they don't have stock even though it's advertised on their website. Got that problem sorted. lovely! So I completed the upgrade. I then start waiting for a period of 2-3 weeks. I kept calling them and they keep saying "I will get it in 2 days". Eventually, I kicked up a fuss and was advised to go to Cell C Gateway for collection of the phone! Great, Finally getting somewhere! I get to Cell C Gateway and pick up the phone! Lovely, I have my toy! WHOOOOO. It's now early March. my contract was a casual chat 100 + 250mb data x 24 months. From that point to current my data bundle has not been loaded.I have made countless and I mean countless calls to the store in Gateway for feedback with absolutely no resolution to my problem. I don't understand how they can promise to give me feedback on my query but I keep calling them back for feedback and I keep getting BS.

I received my e-statement on Friday,15 April 2011 and I have been billed R917.05. I almost fell of my chair. On my invoice I saw I am being charged for itemised billing. I then try to check my itemised billing but it doesn't come up!
So then I call Cell C to query the incorrect billing+ why I am not getting a service, itemised billing, that I am paying for? Cell C can't see the itemised billing on their side, so they have to log a call to their technical division! As you can imagine, I am now pretty frustrated and angry.It gets worse! I went to the ATM on 16 April 2011 to draw some cash. Got an insufficient funds message :wtf: so I did a mini balance / statement check and I was debited R917.05. My debit order date is the 27th. this has been the case for 5-6 years! somehow they changed it to the 15th without my consent. :wtf:
my bank account balance is now in a -R400 and I have zero cash for the remainder of the month.
To say I am angry right now would be a major understatement!
Also, what are my rights WRT to the debit order bouncing? I don't even know if my bank paid the full amount and left me in a negative or paid what I had in my account.I also don't even know if there any fees applicable for being in a negative balance + returning an unpaid debit.
