I been having problems with Cell C in Summerstrand PE since Friday 15 April.
I have 2 x 5 gig accounts, one for my Android phone and one for my PC as I work via the internet. Been a woosh customer since December.
During the day I am losing total connection and can not connect to the internet at all. Looking on my DHD it indicates that I am roaming onto Vodacom Towers and at night I am able to connect again at normal woosh speeds. Only thing I can guess is that one of the towers I use to connect to is out of order and that cell breathing enables me to connect at night as coverage for tower 50134 grows.
Over the Weekend I thought it was because of the upgrade but it happened today again causing me to go out and buy data for my Vodacom account.
Can someone on the list point me to a number or place where I can report this issue?
