Hi Cell C Rep.
There seems to be a problem when Cell C Customers Try to Call VOX 087 numbers, they receive the Message "Network Busy".
I have logged a fault with VOX and they seem to point the problem to the Cell C Network.
If you could try calling the Vox Customer Care on 087 805 9111 from your Cell C phone you will see what i mean.
Cell C Customer Care do not want to log a fault as they say it is a call barring issue
It has been like this since 16/09/2011 13:00.
Cell C to Vox "Network Busy"
Cell C to FNB Connect 087 "working 100%"
Vox to Cell C "working 100%"
Vox to any network "working 100%"
Vodacom to Vox "working 100%"
MTN to Vox "working 100%"
Telkom to Vox "working 100%"
