Cell-C unexpected airtime\sms from ???

Hi all,

I am just trying to find out some info for my Girlfriend.

She is on a Cell-C Control Chat 200 (I presume it's similar to Voda family top-up)

Just yesterday she checks her balance and out of nowhere she has over R2000 airtime and 800+ free SMS's. Then today she noticed it has gone up by over R1000 airtime and another stackfull of SMS's.

She phoned me just now and says she received another R350 or so airtime and another 100 or so SMS's.

So......what the hell? Any ideas? Any possibility she will be billed for this??

Seeing as it is like a top-up account I don't see how a cell company could charge once it is already reflected on your balance.

EDIT: Only thing I can think of is some rich person got numbers mixed up when trying to top up at an ATM maybe? Or something is wrong at Cell-C. Our main concern is if she will be billed for this, she will never be able to afford that kind of moola right now.

Try to sort it out ASAP. Phone Cell C and inform them before she get billed, then she tried to rectify the fault from her side.

Wait a minute, I have a Cell C prepaid sim card which I use for anonymous calls, etc and I also received 3 X R75 (R225) airtime as well as 1000 bonus sms's. I have no idea why?
