This has nothing to do with broadband.

How do I stop these people from SMSing me offers for a Zola CD with a Cell C starter pack short of burning down the Cell C head office?

The SMS's come from 084 000 1207.

Replying with 5 to opt out does nothing (probably confirms that I am alive, though).

Thanks,
Tabooze

WASPA work quiet well, they've solved a few of my issues. I hardly get spam SMS's anymore.

Also, log on to hellopeter, make a complaint against CellC, its one of their subscribers abusing the system, so make it their problem, I've done that a few times too.

I'm tired of running around trying to find the right person.

Thanks for your advice, guys.

I have submitted a complaint to WASPA. Let's see what happens.

Cell C sucks, I constantly get messages from them about friends & family etc. I have set up friends and family three times this month and the numbers keep disappearing, every time I call I have to set it up again :(

I think their sim card has more value as a suppository, it works better in your batty than in the phone!
