Cell call rate comparisons?

I am battling to find this sort of information.

Does anyone have details on what the perpaid and contract call rates and data rates are. Preferably a link to an article that has done a comparison of the new packages?

As far as I know Cell C now offers R1,50 per minute at all times of the day, but I have no idea what the charges are for MTN and Vodacom. I need to decide which is cheaper.

What I am really looking for is a comparison of the cell providers in South Africa.

That and is the interconnect rate coming down in March or was that scrapped because I haven't heard much about it since last year.

Check hellkom.
Or just go to vodacom and MTN.
I don't know the exact rates but MTN is also the same price all day, a bit more than Cell C, and Vodacom has off-peak and on-peak.
