Cell CService useless - cut off incoming calls

Hi Everybody !
Has anybody had this experience with cell c? I had this problem going on for about two months where sometimes people calling me get the error invalid no. I am able to call anybody and it works fine. Sometimes after they try several times they get through to me . I changed my handset but still the same problem. Spoke to the technical department who while i was on the line tried to call me ,got the same error. They been investigating it for 2 months have more than 12 ref numbers,sent loads of email but great service just does not arrive , no call back no reply to email. Call them on status of call but alas , no update and keep getting on our side all is ok ,like i have a side to deal with for crying out loud its their sim card thier network , where do i get a side ?
Please help if this can be easliy resolved or else have to look at porting to vodacom or mtn

Yes and also smses don't go through or you get them hours later. I was sick and tired of their service and ported to Vodacom

Service? what service? Cell C? who are they?

Same thing here - before making a phone call full signal, during the call signal will disappear and call dropped. Absolutely useless. Is there a legal way to get out of the Cell-C contract, we had it for about 9 months now and we can't use it. The signal thing is national where ever we go - tried different cell phones as well.

I've experienced delayed sms to Cell C no.s. Days later! Not on Cell C!

Same thing here Python, that's why I ported to Vodacom.
