Cell network issues in my Area

Hi Gentlemen and Ladies
My name is Khetho Mpanza, I'm from Esiqandulweni under Ubuhle bezwe municipality in Harry Gwala District, we are having problem with cell phone network only vodacom network is working in our area and even their network is very weak sometimes it work and in most of the time it's not, we are asking Vodacom to help us because we are 100% vodacom customers we really need help from them, please help, where can I go and who must I speak to.
