Is there anyone who knows how the cancellations work? Im on Virgin Mobile and want to end the contract early. The first fight was when they told me it ends in September when I took the account in July.
Now i called today to ask for the settlement fee. They want me to pay R800(and something) for the handset then R322 on the first of every month from now till July 1st.
How does that make sense??
Their call centre is useless everyone has a different story SIGH
