hi, trying to connect to a irc using my cell as a modem, i can recieve files from ppl but i cant send, how do i do this, is it maybe the restricted apn or is there a firewall on mtn & vodacom that does not allow me to send?

Call 155 and ask to have your data SIM Card Provisioned for the internetvpn APN as well as instructions for changing the settings on your side to use the [searchforum]internetvpn APN[/searchforum].
