cell phone upgrade?

ok so my mtn contract upgrade time is here and I want to dump this samsung i8910 HD omnia like fresh dog sheet on my shoe! was looking at a BB9900 when it comes out? but I have decided to do some more research in the mean time.

so this is my requirements:

phone (that actually works!)

android os
large AMOLED screen
HD 8 Mp camera / HD video
fast Internet browsing (is there such a thing in SA?)
sms
email
facebook
twitter
secure online banking

any recommendations?
