please can you point me in the right direction in applying/requesting for this installation. I am currently the IT Manager on an Estate with 5000 residents. Poor cell coverage is a major issue and thus I have been tasked with find a resolution. The installation of a tower was investigated 4 years ago but the idea was shot down by the board. The poor cell coverage has now become unbearable and they are prepared to erect a Tower. The size of the Estate is 430 Hectors and it has been noticed that MTN seems to be the best signal in certain parts of the Estate. Please Help

I would suggest that you send an e-mail to [email protected] I sent them a mail and they investigated the poor MTN signal at my home and then installed a signal booster right in my home.
Chances are your residents have cellphones from all the 4 mobile operators. I would suggest that you contact all of them. If you are concerned about the radiation - modern 3G phones are able to control the output power, so if the signal is weaker they increase the output power and vice versa. If you have good coverage, then your phone does not need to increase the output power of the radio signal.
