I don't really believe in bribing, but if they did in this case; I'm rather. This whole legislation was crazy to start of with. What in the world are these people thinking?

They were thinking of yet another scheme to line their pockets by f**king around the man in the street, as in the past with:

FICA
Driver's license card
Gun laws
License plate renewals
erc... etc...
