Anyone know if cellc will be launching new promotions similar to their current 2Gb and 5Gb offerings?

Honestly I was initially gung ho about Cell C's 21MBps offering. Worked great for about 3 months. Currently on the same spot I am lucky to get 80-100KB/S downloads and abut 1-2KB/S uploads. From speeds between 600-800KB/s previously

I'm with you on this one..
What I can't understand though is how the experience is consistent for everyone - 3 months of awesomeness then it becomes terrible!
I mean, I was expecting it to become really bad when Gauteng launched, but even people buying the modem in Feb/March are having exactly the same symptoms... Maybe there's some advanced throttling mechanism running in the Cell C server room...

I think I'll wait until Q3 this year to see the feedback on the new speeds, then make a decision.
