Just a word of WARNING to all CellC clients contract/prepaid.

If you send messages to those short numbers premium numbers. I got charges R60 for 2 sms that was never delivered. I know cause i was suppose to get a code back for a vip-file.com premium account.

I sent the sms 2 times and no reply. When I sent the sms from MTN I got a sms back within 4 seconds of it being sent! Which brings me to the conclusion that CELLC STEALS YOUR MONEY! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

And abviously 140 just says its been sent. So I swore at that guy until he hangup. God I hate South Africa. I wish I can just leave this place.


All network operators charges obsurd amounts for calls.
Premium numbers owners can do what they want
You never get a query resolved
Decent ADSL is always a fu***p
You take out insurance not because your stuff will break because it WILL get stolen.
Our "leaders" constantly blam everything on racism!

Hi. I've noticed that there are delays in submitting SMS (MOs) to shortcodes on CellC. When I test new services (I work for a WASP) I can wait anything from 5minutes to an hour (at times 2 hours) before we receive the MO from the network.

Also consult the company who runs the service as they may have a broken configuration and are unable to submit you a reply MT (SMS). This is common.
