I couldnt help but notice some strange bills recently.
I have 3 lines with CellC
I receive my control chat 400's breakdown as well.
On the break down the total charges are R84.00 and my total data charges are R24.00.
Problem is I receive R470 worth of airtime which was used up during the period so why is the charges on my statement only reflecting R84.00.
I must say its very expensive to call now. I though Ill be saving money but in actual fact its costing me a lot more than my Casual chat 100. Way more expensive on control chat.
Whats going on with the billing am I being double or tripple charges or is the system just screwed up!!??
