Cellc Blackberry Bis

Hi guys

I have a prepaid cellc sim and purchased a bis subscription.

It has now been 6 hours and the bis package is still not working.

Am i missing something?

Cellc customer line has not been working at all this afternoon.

Cellc customer line has not been working at all this afternoon.

Did you reboot your phone? I just upgraded my daughter to a BB on CellC and first had to do a hard reboot (took the battery out) before it registered. Had the same issue on Vodacom with my BB.

Also are you using the correct APN?
