Our upgrades on our contracts that we renewed in January have kicked in, and suddenly there are problems with our phones.
My SGS2 keeps showing as "private" when I attempt to dial someone.
The phone is set to show my number.
My sons' Blackberry 9630 (new 3G Curve) keeps giving "insert sim card" errors.
Trying to contact the CellC call centre from various phones we keep getting an engaged signal.
Is their call centre offline, or is the entire CellC network trying to get through at the same time, and that the result of the problems?
